The Sales & Renewal Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through timely renewal follow-ups, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring effective lead management. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
renewal calling
with existing clients to ensure timely contract/service renewals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with
channel partners
for smooth collaboration.
Regularly
check, monitor, and update leads
to track their status and ensure proper follow-up.
Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during renewal interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewals, and partner communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client and partner requirements are fulfilled on time.
Prepare periodic reports on renewal status, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Client Relationship Management.
