2. Liaise with various stakeholders, including slot operators, agents, freight forwarders, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
3. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.
4. Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers.
7. Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.
