We're looking for an Operations Executive who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our core operational processes through high-quality data collection, consolidation, and analysis.
In this role, you'll ensure the integrity of our operational data, generate meaningful reports, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to help the organization make faster, smarter decisions.
What You'll Do
Data Collection & Consolidation
Gather and consolidate data from internal systems, spreadsheets, databases, and external sources.
Ensure timely and accurate aggregation that supports daily operations and long-term business strategies.
Data Accuracy & Consistency
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
Partner with teams across the business to maintain high data integrity and uphold governance standards.
Reporting & Insights
Build and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc operational reports.
Analyze trends, highlight risks or gaps, and offer insights that improve operational efficiency.
Data Quality & Governance
Implement and champion data-quality processes, standards, and best practices.
Support ongoing data-governance initiatives to standardize data management across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside finance, delivery, sales, and other operational teams to understand data needs.
Provide data-driven recommendations that support key initiatives and business decisions.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with operational data-collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and data-quality best practices.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) or hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong communication skills; able to translate complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting operations in a multinational company is preferred.
Certifications in data management or data governance are a plus.
