Position: Operations Executive (Fresher Role)

Tasks

• Data Management & Reporting

Assist in compiling business reports and consolidating operational data using Excel. * Inventory & Logistics Support
Help manage kit inventory, indent requirements, and track dispatches. * CRM & Documentation Handling
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records and documentation. * Client & Team Coordination
Support communication between internal teams and clients for smooth operations. * Sales & Backend Support
Assist with payment tracking, sales coordination, and backend processes.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream - Commerce, Business Admin, Operations, or related fields preferred.
• Freshers welcome
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a process-driven environment.
