Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive / Assistant to Sales Head

to support our Sales Department. The candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sales Head in daily operations, preparing quotations, managing client-related data, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Head in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients. Manage and update sales data, reports, and spreadsheets. Handle client calls and coordinate follow-ups when required. Support in maintaining organized records and documentation for sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as instructed.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Management).

Female Candidate Required

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Suite

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Proactive, energetic, and willing to take responsibility. Prior experience in sales coordination/operations support will be an added advantage.
