Key Responsibilities1. Process Management & Coordination
Manage end-to-end operations for immigration applications.
Ensure all client files are processed accurately and within specified timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, case managers, and back-office teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Assign and track tasks across departments to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
2. Documentation & Compliance
Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration requirements.
Maintain proper documentation standards and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Keep updated checklists, forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Client Support & Communication
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and clarify missing details.
Provide status updates on application progress.
Resolve operational queries and escalate complex issues to senior management when required.
4. Quality Control
Verify accuracy of completed applications before submission to immigration authorities.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Conduct periodic audits of files to ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Coordination with External Stakeholders
Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and other immigration bodies (if required).
Communicate with educational institutions or employers for verification (case-dependent).
Required Skills & Qualifications Essential Skills
Strong understanding of immigration processes (country-specific knowledge is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred).
1-3 years of experience in immigration services, operations, or administration.
Knowledge of visa categories, documentation, and immigration guidelines (optional but preferred).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
