Reconfirm customer orders via call to ensure accuracy and intent
Verify shipping addresses for completeness and correctness before dispatch
Handle order-related queries and escalations with professionalism
Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, address issues, or reconfirmation needs
Maintain daily logs of order confirmations, address corrections, and dispatch status
Respond to customer complaints related to orders, delivery, or product issues
Ensure customer availability and accuracy before dispatch to reduce returns and cancellations
Qualification: Plus Two, Degree or Diploma
Freshers or Experienced can apply
