Job Overview:
Hotel Sonar Bangla is looking for a
Hotel Industry Professional (Hotelier)
with strong
administrative operations experience
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, staff discipline, documentation, and operational standards across multiple properties.
Knowledge of
F&B operations
will be considered an

, but the primary role is

This position involves
frequent travel
across our group properties in West Bengal.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage
administrative operations
across hotel properties.
Ensure staff discipline, grooming standards, attendance records, and HR protocol compliance.
Coordinate with property teams to maintain operational SOPs.
Conduct routine site visits for audit, inspection, and reporting.
Manage documentation, vendor coordination, purchasing follow-ups, and inventory checks.
Assist with staff onboarding, training support, and briefing when required.
Collaborate regularly with Company HR and VP for updates and action planning.
Provide supportive oversight in
F&B service standards
when necessary (added value).
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be a Hotelier
with hands-on hotel operations/admin experience.
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in hotel administration or operations.
Knowledge of F&B standards preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to travel regularly across West Bengal.
Professional, disciplined, and guest-service-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
