The Operations Executive at Countryside Express Logistics will be responsible for managing day-to-day courier operations, ensuring smooth handling of incoming and outgoing consignments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires coordination with internal teams and courier partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle courier booking as per customer and internal requirements. Manage incoming courier operations, including receipt, verification, and documentation. Manage outgoing courier operations, including packing coordination, dispatch, and tracking. Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing couriers. Coordinate with courier service providers for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Address basic courier-related queries and provide operational support to internal teams. Report daily courier status and operational updates to the supervisor.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Diploma or certification in logistics/operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

0-1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or courier management. Candidate with 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred. Freshers can also apply. Candidates with relevant internship or operational exposure will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of courier and logistics operations.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
