Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground.
Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, logistics, printing, etc.) by region.
Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activations.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; background in Event Management preferred.
1-2 years of experience in vendor management or event operations.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Good understanding of BTL activations, production, and logistics.
Willingness to travel for on-ground activations.
Proficient in Excel and cost management.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability.
