to support the day-to-day functioning of our EdTech business. The role involves coordinating academic operations, managing student lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, and supporting internal teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities (Academic & Program Operations)
Coordinate scheduling, timetables, and calendars for online/offline classes, workshops, and events.
Liaise with trainers, faculty, and mentors to ensure smooth course delivery.
Monitor Learning Management System (LMS) usage and resolve student/faculty issues.
Track student enrollment, attendance, assessments, and certification processes.
Maintain academic records and prepare operational reports for management.
Student Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding of students, including orientation and account setup on LMS/ERP.
Provide operational assistance for queries related to classes, exams, and certifications.
Ensure timely communication with students and parents regarding schedules, exams, results, etc.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure program delivery aligns with commitments.
Assist HR & Admin in trainer onboarding, agreements, and payments.
Work closely with Tech team to resolve LMS/portal issues.
Process & Quality Management
Implement and monitor SOPs for academic and training operations.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in operational workflows.
Support audits, compliance, and accreditation-related activities.
General Operations
Manage vendor coordination for training infrastructure, labs, or third-party platforms.
Handle logistics for online/offline classes, events, and workshops.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for management review.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP, or CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech/startup environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Operations (preferably in EdTech, Training, or Education industry)
.
Prior exposure to student lifecycle management, academic coordination, or LMS operations is desirable.
