Job Title: Operations Executive - Driver Recruitment & Handling

Location: Kolkata (Field & In-house work; occasional travel outside Kolkata - TA provided)

Experience: Must have experience in driver recruitment & handling

Salary: Up to ?20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated professional with hands-on experience in driver recruitment and management. The candidate should be proactive, hardworking, and comfortable handling both field operations and in-house coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage drivers

Handle driver scheduling, attendance, and performance

Maintain records and operational reports

Resolve driver-related issues

Travel outside Kolkata occasionally (TA will be provided)

Requirements / Skills:

Experience in driver handling and management

Energetic, proactive, and able to multitask

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work in both field and in-house operations

Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping
