Job Description

:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory control, and returns management, ensuring smooth and error-free operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily orders from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc. Ensure timely processing, packing coordination, and dispatch of all orders Coordinate with courier partners to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Track inventory levels and update stock records regularly Handle customer returns and RTO cases, including quality checks and status updates Maintain dispatch logs, reports, and basic MIS using MS Excel Ensure operational accuracy during high-order volumes and sale periods

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations Working knowledge of seller panels and order management systems Basic proficiency in MS Excel Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
