Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Executive with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in logistics and site coordination. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and execution skills to ensure smooth operations across multiple project sites. The candidate will act as a key link between clients, site engineers, vendors, and management, ensuring timely movement of materials and manpower deployment across Pan India locations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for timely arrangement and dispatch of materials to project sites, coordination with site engineers for daily operational requirements, and arranging manpower as per site needs. The role includes handling logistics planning, vendor and transporter negotiation, client coordination, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Regular reporting to management, maintaining operational records, and proactively resolving logistics or site-related issues are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements & Skills:

Candidates must have at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong client management and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, is required for reporting and tracking. The candidate should be willing to travel across India as per project requirements and be capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines with a proactive and organized approach
