Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in NSP, Pitampura New Delhi. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring process efficiency, evaluating workflows, and implementing effective strategies for performance improvement. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, monitoring key operational metrics, and fostering smooth communication across different departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Fill and manage vendor forms, ensuring accurate and timely submission for partnerships and procurement. Deal directly with clients, addressing queries, coordinating service delivery, and building strong relationships. Understand and apply legal perspectives, including reviewing and amending service agreements, contracts, and compliance documents. Handle important company documents, including organization, secure storage, vetting by relevant stakeholders, and obtaining necessary sign-offs. Maintain accurate records of operations, track document workflows, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Collaborate with HR, legal, and product teams to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in operations, HR, or administrative roles, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or fintech company. Strong understanding of legal documents, contracts, and compliance (knowledge of service agreements is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal/operational concepts clearly. Detail-oriented problem-solver with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace, document management tools, and basic automation workflows.
