JOB SUMMARY -

We are looking for some Operations Executive to help us in our day-to-day business

operations, help build efficiencies and improve our current processes. This position will be

best suited for someone who is inclined towards operational excellence and is a passionate

problem solver.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

1.

Operational Management & Strategy

? Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency.

? Perform quality control checks and monitor performance KPIs.

? Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with

organizational goals.

? Plan, create, optimize, and execute content strategies supporting short-term and

long-term operational targets.

? Draft and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

2.

Order & Execution

? Receive order handovers from the sales team and initiate order execution.

? Send order confirmation and thank-you emails to clients.

? Coordinate with the design team for artwork approvals (private labels/packaging).

? Forward approved orders to the factory and obtain dispatch planning.

? Coordinate with logistics partners for vessel booking and container movement.

? Ensure timely loading, shipment, and dispatch of goods.

? Share shipment pictures, scanned invoices, and related documents with clients.

? Dispatch original documents after scanned copies and confirm client payment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
