Key Responsibilities
Process books for distribution across
multiple sales channels
Manage metadata, ISBN status, pricing, and availability
Coordinate with
printing and channel partners
Monitor book status (live, under review, deactivated, sold copies)
Handle operational tasks via
internal dashboards and tools
Resolve basic technical or workflow-related issues
Support authors with backend publishing processes
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of book data
Required Skills
Basic to good
technical knowledge
(dashboards, CMS, online tools)
Understanding of
book publishing workflows
(preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
