Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Office & Operations Management



Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and order processing. Manage vendor relationships (couriers, packaging suppliers, printers, etc.). Track inventory of gift materials and coordinate reorders as needed. Ensure workspace organization and operational efficiency.

Administrative Support



Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking. Maintain company records, contracts, and databases.

Team Coordination & Culture



Serve as the point of contact for internal communications and team needs. Organize team meetings, training sessions, and office events. Help onboard new team members and maintain a positive office culture.

Qualifications & Skills



2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles (preferably in creative, retail, or gifting industries). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; A proactive, hands-on attitude and a knack for problem-solving. Appreciation for design, branding, and thoughtful details.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
