- BDS Intern (Non Clinical - Backend Operations, Invisalign/Aligner)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fresher BDS with a strong inclination toward non-clinical work to join our

Invisalign/Aligner backend operations team. The role involves coordination, documentation, case

handling, and supporting digital workflows within Clove Dental.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend operations for Invisalign/aligner cases. Review case submissions, documents, STL files, and treatment plans. Coordinate with clinics, doctors, design teams, and internal departments. Maintain and update trackers, Excel sheets, and case dashboards. Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and communication for case progress. Ensure timely processing and smooth operational workflow. Provide backend support for aligner-related escalations and queries.
Required Qualifications

BDS (Fresher preferred). Inclination toward non-clinical/digital dentistry roles. Basic understanding of dental terminology and aligner workflows (preferred).
Skills Required

Decent Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, tracking). Above-average communication and mailing skills. Detail-oriented and organized approach to work. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines. Positive attitude, tech-savvy mindset, and willingness to learn.
Internship Structure

Duration: 6 Months Type: Non-Clinical (Backend Operations) Stipend: As per company policy Conversion: Full-time role will be offered based on performance and learning curve.
