The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning across departments, managing documentation, and supporting overall business operations at Panav Biotech. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams.
Monitor and support smooth daily operations in coordination with relevant departments.
Handle end-to-end operational tasks assigned by management.
Ensure timely completion of operational processes without delays.
2. Coordination with Teams
Coordinate between Sales, Logistics, Accounts, HR, and Warehouse teams for operational requirements.
Communicate and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Assist in cross-departmental coordination for order processing, dispatch, and documentation.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update operational documents, trackers, and registers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and internal review.
4. Order & Dispatch Follow-Up
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch of orders.
Track order status, pending orders, and delivery updates.
Communicate with the sales team on daily dispatch status.
5. Process Improvement Support
Identify delays or gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
Assist in implementing SOPs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support management in operational planning and optimization.
6. Vendor & Internal Coordination
Follow up with vendors for purchase orders, materials, or service-related requirements.
Maintain vendor-related documentation and payment follow-ups (if required).
Skills Required
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of Excel (reports, trackers, VLOOKUP preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving attitude
Basic understanding of operations, supply chain, or business processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline; BBA/B.Com preferred)
Experience: 2-3 years in operations, coordination, supply chain, or related roles
Industry: Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing (preferred, not mandatory)
