Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end operations for domestic and international bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and local partners for smooth execution of tours.
Prepare and share travel itineraries, vouchers, and booking confirmations.
Manage documentation such as invoices, visa papers, and travel insurance (if applicable).
Support the sales team by ensuring timely follow-up and operational accuracy.
Resolve customer queries and ensure complete satisfaction throughout the travel process.
Maintain proper records of bookings and client communications.
Required Skills:
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and email handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel booking tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification / Experience:
Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Candidates with experience in travel operations or qualification in travel, tourism, or hospitality will be preferred.
Freshers with relevant educational background in travel/tourism may also apply.
