Responsibilities:
Attend and manage daily operations calls
Handle and resolve client and internal queries promptly
Coordinate with different departments to ensure task completion
Maintain proper records, reports, and follow-ups
Identify and resolve any operational gaps or issues
Support the team in process improvement and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations or a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Must have a working laptop
