Core Responsibilities:
Compliance & Safety
Daily Site Oversight
Manage and coordinate all on-site operations
Ensure smooth functioning across departments like logistics, HR, and procurement
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards
Budget & Resource Management
Monitor operational costs and align them with budget goals
Optimize resource utilization and manage vendor relationships
Process Improvement
Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency
Identify bottlenecks and introduce solutions for smoother workflows
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Present operational reports and updates to senior management
Facility & Maintenance Oversight
Oversee site maintenance, inventory, and supply chain operations
Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
