Position: Operations ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Advanced Excel Reporting:

Create, manage, and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) for data-driven insights.

Email & Client Communication:

Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.

Customer Support:

Handle client queries effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.Maintain accurate MIS reports and operational records. Ensure data integrity and compliance.Support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and help streamline business processes.Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and adhere to company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

MIS & Data Management:

Documentation & Compliance:

Bachelor's degree (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience in Operations / Back Office roles (Preferred) Proficient in

Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)

Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities Experience with

CRM tools

will be an added advantage
