Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations between departments such as logistics, procurement, accounts, and project execution.
Monitor workflow, timelines, and project progress to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain operational reports, documentation, and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets / ERP tools).
Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, inventory management, and shipment follow-ups.
Support management in resource allocation, scheduling, and internal communication.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong command over Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and vendor management preferred.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations / coordination / office management (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
