Key Responsibilities



Operational Strategy & Process Management



Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Oversee end-to-end workflow management across departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations. Standardize procedures, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Resource & Team Management



Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve operational excellence. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and financial resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Drive performance management, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Coordination



Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely procurement and delivery. Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-optimization opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting



Analyze operational metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and present insights to management. Forecast operational requirements and support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Communication



Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, effective coordination, and service excellence. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, logistics) for smooth event and exhibition operations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance



Enforce adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards. Monitor compliance with safety, procurement, and financial protocols.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

(Master's preferred).

10-12 years of progressive experience

in operations, administration, or event management -- preferably within exhibitions, conferences, or service industries. Proven track record of

team leadership, vendor management, and process optimization.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

, ERP systems (e.g.,

SAP, Oracle

), and data analytics tools. Strong

strategic thinking, analytical, and communication

skills. Certification in

Project Management


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
