Key Responsibilties :
1 Operational Management
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Montior workflows and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs (standard operating Procedures)
oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth and efficent buisness functioning
2 . Coordination & Communication
Acts as a bridge between internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, etc)
Coordinate with vendors , clinets, and external stakeholders as required .
Support management in project planning and execution.
3 . Data & Reporting
Maintain operational records and documentation accurately.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Mangement , or realted field (MBA preferred)
0-2 years of relevant work experience(frrshers may apply)
Basic understandings of operations and process management
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
