We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, maintain efficiency, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, finance, etc.) for smooth workflow.
Monitor, analyze, and improve operational processes and systems.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in resource allocation, vendor management, and inventory control.
Identify gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Support management in strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations, administration, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
