. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of healthcare services, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service and wellness engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Training:

Provide in-depth product training to internal teams, channel partners and customers. Conduct onboarding sessions and demo presentations for healthcare OPD plans and services. Create training materials, FAQs, and support documentation to ensure consistent messaging.

Customer Service & Support:

Resolve customer queries related to OPD plans, health packages, and general usage. Handle post-sale service issues and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Health Camp & Partner Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and execute

health camps

with partner, doctors, and hospitals. Ensure proper branding, logistics, and execution of camps in alignment with marketing and sales goals. Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure smooth collaboration.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related field. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare services, wellness coordination, or customer support. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel locally for health camps, training sessions, and partner meetings. Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
