Operations Executive

to help us manage daily backend tasks, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Experience

Confirm COD orders via phone and WhatsApp Call and coordinate with customers for returns, refunds, and delivery issues Handle customer queries and complaints via call, email, and WhatsApp Ensure prompt and polite communication to maintain a smooth post-purchase experience

Marketplace & Website Operations

List and update products on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces Manage inventory, pricing, and order flow across platforms Monitor and troubleshoot listing and order issues

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

Print daily shipping labels Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure timely dispatches Maintain records of orders, returns, RTOs, and exchanges

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer support Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Shopify etc Experience with label printing, order tracking, and logistics Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and backend tools

Must be comfortable using laptops, Shopify dashboards, and basic operations tools

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English Detail-oriented, reliable, and good at follow-ups
