Key Responsibilities

Manage daily order processing and coordination with warehouse teams for timely dispatch. Monitor inventory levels across platforms and internal systems; flag low-stock items. Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and platform support teams as required. Ensure timely listing updates, stock syncing, and price changes across e-commerce platforms. Assist in managing returns, replacements, and reverse logistics efficiently. Track and report operational KPIs such as dispatch time, order accuracy, and RTO rate. Support in maintaining accurate records and documentation for orders, shipments, and expenses. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve order-related issues. Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in an operations, e-commerce, or logistics role. Strong coordination and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory/order management tools. Basic Knowledge of Designing (Canva & Photoshop). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields. Prior experience with tools like Unicommerce, Seller Central, or other e-commerce dashboards. Problem-solving attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.
