Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Executive - Returns & Exchange

to manage and streamline our return and exchange processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling product returns, exchanges, and strong working knowledge of courier partners, especially

Ecom Express Returns (Eco Returns)

and similar logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end returns and exchange operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, warehouse, and courier partners. Monitor and update the status of returned products in the system on a daily basis. Coordinate with Ecom Express and other courier partners to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics. Maintain accurate records of return and exchange requests, approvals, pickups, and warehouse receipts. Ensure timely refunds or replacements are processed in line with company policies. Handle customer escalations related to return delays or courier issues. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve return-related queries. Analyze return trends and share insights with the operations and quality team. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on returns and exchanges performance.
