Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Track client payments as per agreed schedules and follow up regularly for timely collection

Maintain accurate payment records and coordinate with accounts

Manage and update CRM for enquiries, follow-ups, and project status

Prepare and maintain contracts/agreements between clients, contractors, and vendors

Ensure timely signing and compliance of all agreements

Prepare quotations, work orders, and basic official documentation

Coordinate between architects, site teams, vendors, and management

Ensure smooth workflow, task follow-ups, and timely execution

Maintain organized project and client records

Requirements & Skills:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Experience in payments, CRM handling, and documentation

Good organizational and follow-up skills

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
