Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across departments.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of processes and services.
Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Monitor inventory and logistics where applicable.
Support planning and budgeting tasks.
Assist with compliance, documentation, and audits as required.
Handle customer and client queries related to operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
