Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing daily operational activities and ensuring efficient service delivery Communicate clearly and professionally in English with clients, vendors, and team members Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement processes Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows and improve productivity Follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion and updates Handle email correspondence and customer queries promptly and effectively Maintain databases, update internal systems, and ensure data accuracy Support management in planning and executing operational strategies

Key Skills & Requirements:



Fluent in spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Prior experience in operations, administration, or coordination is a plus

Preferred:



Experience in a client-facing or back-office operations role Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or operations-related software Willingness to work flexible hours if required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
