Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Executive to oversee and streamline day-to-day business activities. This role involves managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, coordinating across departments, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure operational alignment. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed. Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in operations or business process management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/software (e.g.,
