The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, coordinating between departments, and supporting the management in achieving organizational goals. The role involves handling administrative tasks, process coordination, and operational support to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and process execution.
Coordinate with sales, HR, accounts, and other teams to ensure timely task completion.
Monitor inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities where applicable.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and service management as needed.
Support the management in preparing performance reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
