will be responsible for managing the day-to-day backend operations of the business. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing inventory levels, processing orders, handling logistics and fulfillment, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Track stock levels at warehouse(s) and ensure timely replenishment of products and raw materials.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners to ensure accurate and on-time dispatch of online and retail orders.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with third-party vendors including manufacturers, packers, logistics partners, and packaging suppliers for order status, quality checks, and deliveries.Monitor shipping timelines, manage tracking updates, and troubleshoot any delivery issues.Assist in placing and tracking purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Maintain records of invoices, dispatches, inventory logs, and vendor communications.Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment across departments.

1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement - preferably in a D2C, skincare, beauty, or FMCG company.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory/ERP tools.
