E-commerce Operator

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Operator to manage daily operations across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling e-commerce panels, returns, claims, and inventory portals, along with excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage order processing on e-commerce panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Handle Return to Vendor (RTV) and Return to Origin (RTO) cases with proper documentation

File and track claims for damages, shortages, wrong returns, and reimbursements

Maintain and update stock across inventory portals, ensuring correct stock sync

Prepare and analyze Excel reports (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports)

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace support teams

Monitor order flow, return trends, and platform compliance

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of marketplace panels

Expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, MIS)

Experience in handling RTV, RTO & claims

Good understanding of inventory management

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Education

Graduate preferred (any stream)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
