We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive Assistant cum Office Admin to support our daily operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Operations team with day-to-day coordination and documentation.
Maintain project records, reports, and follow-ups.
Handle office administration activities including filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and basic operational support.
Support procurement follow-ups and logistics coordination.
Perform general clerical tasks such as preparing letters, updating trackers, and maintaining office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
CAD Knowledge preferred
Joining: Immediate or within short notice period preferred.
