Operations Executive
to join our dynamic team at Colourstreak India Private Limited, an Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the smooth execution of client projects and liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of signage, paper printing services, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their requests, project timelines, and feedback.
Take full responsibility for client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills to handle clients and vendor relationships.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in operations, project management, or a similar role preferred.
