The Operations & Execution Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence across multiple Starcine Pharmacy outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and store-level performance.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead teams effectively, and ensure smooth multi-store coordination to deliver measurable results.

Experience required:

6-12 years

of experience in retail/pharmacy/multi-store operations

: Degree and above

Candidate Requirements

6-12 years

of experience in retail/pharmacy/multi-store operations Strong leadership and people-management skills Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and accountability Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
