Role Brief - Quality & Analytics Specialist (Underwriting Operations)

Governance & Reporting:

Ensure daily operational dashboards and error trackers are published on time, maintaining high data accuracy and transparency.

Analytics & Insights:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on productivity, quality, and trends; convert data into actionable insights for management.

Quality & Training Linkage:

Track recurring errors, link findings to training needs, and measure improvement through pre/post assessments.

Client & Review Support:

Assist in preparing RCA decks, appreciation reports, and maintaining audit-ready documentation for governance reviews.

Automation & Improvement:

Run automated reporting scripts, support dashboard development, and identify process simplification opportunities.

Core Skills:

Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication.
