Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools and their integration. - Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
