Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to ensure system reliability, addressing operational challenges, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the established service standards. Your role will also include documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong understanding of system configuration and management. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and security practices. - Ability to work with various operating systems and software applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
