Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, addressing incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that operational standards are met and exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. - Monitor system performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident response frameworks. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve operational issues. - Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
