Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability, while documenting processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure. - Own and manage OSD (Operating System Deployment) using Task Sequences for Windows 10/11, -including image creation, driver management, and post-build automation. - Plan and execute co-management and migration strategies between SCCM and Microsoft Intune. -Manage Intune for device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and Windows Update for Business. - Drive endpoint vulnerability management, including patching, remediation, compliance reporting, and coordination with security teams. - Oversee software deployment, updates, and application lifecycle management. - Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance, ensuring SLA adherence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Lead troubleshooting of complex endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis. - Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams on endpoint initiatives. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and best practices. - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required.
