Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructures, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies.
