Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
