Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production environment, ensuring that all operational standards are met and maintained throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in production environments. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow between SAP EWM and other modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
